Direct Search

This option offers result within an agreed timeframe. By investing time in a proper brief of the position, its specific requirements, position environment and company culture we start a dedicated search for the right candidate. With Direct Search we use a combination of recruitment tools:

  • we publish your vacancy through our website on the internet (e-recruitment);
  • we actively approach candidates in our own network (database search);
  • we actively approach candidates in the market (internet networking, social media, headhunting).

All candidates will be invited for a personal meeting. It goes without saying that this method offers the best results. With Direct Search we charge a starfee, balanced with a completion fee once the succesful candidates accepts an offer. For a Direct Search in Russia, Alexandrite cooperates with its local partner in Moscow.

Personal interview

To evaluate a Russian CV requires specific knowledge of the Russian education system and the economic situation in Russia and the CIS during the past 10-15 years. Our consultants, active since 1994, are knowledgeble in this field.

Last but not least we conduct a personal interview in order to fine tune on our understanding of the candidate's current position (day to day activities, company environment, personality, motivation, why this role, further prospects, counter offer, bottom line), if the candidate is realisitc about his/her next step, reference checkable and if there are reasons other than money to change position.

Reference check

A confidential reference check will automatically be conducted in the event of a candidate being invited for a second interview round.
